About Me

I build practical AI tools for small businesses, and take on contract work helping larger organisations get more from their infrastructure, automation, and observability.

Those two things are more connected than they sound. The same skills that help an enterprise untangle a complex hybrid estate are the ones that let me build an AI receptionist that sounds natural, captures every enquiry, and costs a fraction of a human hire.

If you’d like to hear it in my own words — here’s a short introduction to how I work, and why eliminating unnecessary drudgery from people’s days is what drives everything I build.

For small business owners

I built the AI Voice Receptionist because I kept seeing the same problem: owner-operated businesses losing customers not because their service was poor, but simply because they couldn’t get to the phone. Florists missing wedding enquiries. Plumbers losing emergency call-outs to whoever picked up first.

The AI receptionist fixes that. It’s not a generic chatbot — it’s trained specifically on your business, handles your actual questions, and screens out the time-wasters. I build it, set it up, and manage it on an ongoing basis so you don’t have to think about it.

For organisations looking for contract expertise

I’ve spent years helping teams in finance, infrastructure, and operations automate the work that was slowing them down — scripting, workflow automation, observability across hybrid estates, and untangling legacy systems that others tend to avoid.

I bring a steady, pragmatic approach and a bias toward solutions that actually get used. I work through my UK-based service company and am available for short- or medium-term engagements, particularly where deep infrastructure knowledge and strong automation skills are needed to move things forward.
